In 1966, after almost 30 years of experience in
the food industry, Joseph D. Farrell decided to forge out on his
own. After having been General Manager and President of various
large companies, he was ready to be his own boss. Thus began
Ful-Flav-R Food Products.
Literally working at the kitchen table, Joe
started to shape his vision for Ful-Flav-R Foods. By listening to
his customers needs, spotting emerging food trends, and formulating
and refining his ideas, Joe planted the roots on which Ful-Flav-R
Foods has grown.
Now nearly 40 years later, the operation of the
company has been turned over to Joe’s son Glenn. But at the age of
93, Joe still comes to the office daily to oversee, guide and
inspire.
Our products have changed and evolved over the
years, but the ideologies on which Ful-Flav-R Foods was built remain
the same. The company began and continues to be:
